RABINOWITZ, Justice. Appellants appeal from a compensation order entered by the Alaska Workmen's Compensation Board and subsequently affirmed by the superior court. In its order the Board found that appellant Gusta Vereen, Jr. (hereinafter referred to as claimant) sustained a compensable accidental injury which arose out of and in the course of his employment resulting in claimant's temporary total disability. The Board also concluded that an assessment of a 10% penalty against appellant Morrison-Knudsen Company, Inc. (claimant's employer) for failure to pay compensation was appropriate.
